HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP? If you want to know how much it will cost to ship our products to your zip code, please add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart and click on the "Shipping Estimator" button. Then enter your zip code in the appropriate box and hit the "recalculate" link to get an estimate of shipping costs to your zip code before you check out. Typically, you can ship one or two advent calendars via First Class Mail for less than $2.75 depending on which advent calendars you select and their destination. USPS weight restrictions, however, require that we ship some packages via Priority Mail, which typically costs $3.85 and up depending on how many products we ship and their destination. At checkout you can choose between First Class Mail (if weight restrictions are met), Priority Mail and Express Mail. Please note that that we use heavy-duty envelopes and boxes and that their weight must taken into account in postage calculations.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS Advent Gifts currently ships to locations within the United States of America.
SHIPPING METHODS We currently ship our products via the United States Postal Service ("USPS"). We will strive to deliver the products to the carrier within a reasonable period of time, usually within one business day of confirmation of your order.Delivery times displayed in the shipping options screen are estimated business days after delivery to the carrier; we do not guarantee delivery by a particular date or within a particular timeframe. In the event a carrier returns to us any product because it could not be delivered to the address you provided (including items that were not picked up at the Post Office) or was rejected by the recipient, then we will refund you the purchase price of the product (provided the product is undamaged), less: (1) all shipping costs (including any costs incurred as a result of the non-delivery) and (2) a restocking fee equal to 30% of the value of the returned product. You agree that confirmation of delivery issued by the carrier will be conclusive evidence that the product you ordered has been properly delivered to you. We may modify your shipping address to conform it to U.S. Postal Service standards or when we have reason to believe the address you provided is incorrect; we are not obligated, however, to correct erroneous addreses.
RETURNS We understand that sometimes people change their minds after they have purchased a product on the Internet. Accordingly, if you receive a product that you no longer want, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in new and unopened condition (the film of shrink-wrapped items must be intact). Please contact us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to arrange for a return authorization prior to making the return. You will need to package the product you are returning in the same manner as it was sent to you and mail it to us at your expense. Your credit card will be credited for the purchase price, less our shipping costs, after we have received and inspected the returned product. Given the limited availability of our products, we cannot replace any products that are returned to us.
